JAMES BREMNER
BremnerDukeAs President of BremnerDuke Healthcare Real Estate, Jim has a deep understanding of organizational development and core business practices. He was a partner and President of Revel Companies, a commercial real estate firm from 1980 to 1994. Jim served as President and CEO of Bremner & Wiley Inc. (later known as BremnerHealthcare), a full-service real estate firm focused on health care properties from 1994 until 2007, when the company was acquired by Duke Realty Corporation to operate its healthcare real estate division. Jim serves on the Board of Directors of Denison Inc. and Monroe Bancorp. He is also on the Board of Trustees for The Children's Museum of Indianapolis and previously served on the Board of Directors for Park Tudor (2007-2009). Jim graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Management in 1977.

JOHN C. TRIMBLE
LEWIS WAGNER, LLPJohn C. Trimble is a 1977 graduate of Hanover College and a 1981 graduate of Indiana University-Indianapolis School of Law (magna cum laude). He is managing partner of the Indianapolis trial law firm of Lewis Wagner, LLP, where he concentrates his practice in insurance and commercial litigation, product liability, professional liability, coverage, and mediation. He has been admitted pro hac vice in more than twenty states, and has served as a mediator or advocate in several hundred mediations. He has also served dozens of times as an arbitrator in tort, commercial and construction arbitrations. He has served as amicus counsel for the insurance industry in many Indiana Supreme Court cases, and has been active in defense issues in the Indiana legislature.
John is a Past President of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and a recent past member of the Board of Directors of DRI, an international association of 22,000 defense lawyers. John is past chairmen of DRI's national Judicial Task Force and DRI's State and Local Defense Association Relationship Committee. In 1992, he was named Defense Lawyer of the Year by the Indiana Defense Lawyers Association. In 2000, John was named Defense Bar Leader of the Year in America by DRI. Every year since 2004, John has been voted a Super Lawyer in Indiana, and in 2010 he was named to The Best Lawyers in America. John is a member and past Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the I.U. School of Law-Indianapolis and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Hanover College. He is also a past member of the Board of Managers of the Indianapolis Bar Association and is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel, and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. In 2007, he was elected to the Indiana Judicial Nominating and Qualifications Commission. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association Committee for Improvements in the Judiciary.

Under the leadership of Richard, Managed Business Solutions has experienced significant growth in the information technology and managed services industry sectors. As a Small Disadvantage Business (SDB) MBS expanded its operations to multiple locations in the US, Canada, South America, Europe and Asia Pacific totaling over 35 countries. MBS is currently engaged with a number of Fortune 50 companies and Federal Agencies to improve their IT services while controlling costs. Over the past years MBS has received a number of commercial and diversity awards that are testimonials to the strong leadership team for the company. Richard was a member of the KPMG Consulting's Executive Leadership Team focused on building its technology consulting practice for both the commercial and Federal sectors. He also led the national practice that utilized technology to improve processes via workflow and collaboration tools. Richard's professional career includes building new practices and service portfolios that align with emerging industry markets such as the Health IT industry supported by the Federal ARRA stimulus funding. Richard entered the Health IT sector in 2002 with the development of a custom HIPPA Compliance application followed by engagements in the home healthcare and medical staffing optimization technology. Richard has a strong record of providing leadership to successfully return financially struggling companies to strong financial position while developing a Fortune 50 client base and strategic global partner alliances. He graduated from Indiana University at Bloomington, IN with a Bachelor of Marketing and currently resides in Monument, Colorado.

P. KEVIN THOMPSON
PLEWS SHADLEY RACHER & BRAUN LLPP. Kevin Thompson is of counsel to Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP and President of Insurance and Risk Management Services, LLC ("IRMS"), an affiliate of the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as director of corporate risk management for Eli Lilly & Company. Kevin's experience prior to Lilly included risk management responsibilities for Mayflower Group, Inc., a global transportation company; chief financial officer and treasurer for Monroe Guaranty Insurance Company; and financial analyst responsibilities for Chrysler Corporation. Through IRMS Kevin consults with clients on a variety of property and casualty insurance related issues, making recommendations to improve or otherwise enhance the property and casualty insurance coverage for his clients. Kevin has also served on the arbitration panel in a complex insurance dispute. Kevin frequently speaks to various professional groups and trade associations on property and casualty insurance matters. Kevin received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and his JD from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis.

TED WEAVER
INOX PARTNERSTed Weaver serves as the Vice President of Health IT Operations for INOX Partners, a catalyst for emerging technology companies offering sales, marketing and professional services solutions. INOX was formed to assist funding organizations and their investment companies in accelerating their return and to be a vital link in the go forward strategy. Prior to joining INOX, he spent seven years at Magellan Business Partners, a healthcare management consulting company he founded. Mr. Weavers' engagement and project management skills, combined with extensive operational knowledge in diverse industry lines of business, have been demonstrated to bring a significant strategic advantage to businesses in the early stages of mapping business processes to current and emerging technologies. Mr. Weaver has also worked for the consulting firm of KPMG, where he led the delivery practice for document management solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.

KURT GIESSELMAN
SIEMENS INDUSTRY, INCKurt Giesselman has broad experience as an executive in domestic and International business having lived and worked in Europe and Asia. He has held senior roles in sales, marketing, procurement, logistics, information management, and client services which provides him a broad insight into the inner workings of large and small businesses.
After a significant and successful career in the chemical industry, focused on organizational design, operational efficiency, and cost reduction, Kurt moved to the rapidly growing energy industry. He was instrumental in the redesign of Constellation Energy's consultative model for energy services as VP of Client Services. He has recently joined Siemens Energy and Environmental Solutions group in northwest Indianapolis which keeps him closer to home and family in Zionsville.
Kurt graduated from the University of Virginia with undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Education then pursued a Masters in Chemical Engineering before leaving Virginia for his MBA at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He has taught Entrepreneurship at IU's Kelly School of Business, works with Kelly School MBA candidates through a formal mentoring program and enjoys consulting to start-up companies in the Indianapolis area.
